For tattoo-industry ecommerce
Ecommerce marketing for tattoo brands. Meta ads for tattoo supply, aftercare and piercing stores.
Selling tattoo supplies, aftercare or piercing gear is a different job than booking a tattoo. The buyer adds to cart, not DMs. We run Meta ads built around the sale — catalogue ads, conversion tracking, retargeting — for brands in the tattoo trade.

How ecommerce marketing works
Different buyer. Same engine.
-
Optimised for sales, not clicks
Traffic and engagement campaigns look busy and sell nothing. We optimise to purchases and add-to-cart, with the pixel and Conversions API feeding Meta real signal.
-
Catalogue and dynamic product ads
Your store feed synced straight in, so shoppers see the exact items they browsed. It's where a lot of ecommerce profit hides.
-
Retargeting that compounds
Product-viewers and cart-abandoners are the cheapest sales you'll make. We build and maintain those audiences properly.
-
Creative for the tattoo trade
Your buyers are artists, studios and the freshly-tattooed. We speak their language, not generic ecommerce gloss.
-
Honest about budget
Ecommerce needs real spend to find profitable scale. We tell you straight what it takes, and we don't pretend a token budget will get there.
-
Direct line to Tom
Same as our tattoo accounts. No juniors, no PMs.
What's included
Everything in the monthly fee.
- Campaign build and ongoing optimisation, calibrated for purchases. Not traffic, not messages — we optimise to the sale, and to return on ad spend.
- Meta pixel and Conversions API setup. Server-side tracking so Meta can actually optimise, and so iOS signal loss hurts you less.
- Product catalogue and feed connection. Dynamic product ads that show shoppers the exact items they looked at, kept in sync with your store.
- Retargeting funnels. Product-view, add-to-cart and past-purchaser audiences, built and maintained — the cheapest revenue you'll run.
- Creative testing using your existing assets. Product-in-use, UGC-style, the tattoo-industry angle. We do not shoot from scratch. Your products and your customers do the selling.
- Meta catalogue and policy handling. Tattoo, piercing and aftercare products occasionally trip Meta's review. We know the appeal process.
- Monthly performance report. Designed PDF, period-over-period analysis. Revenue, ROAS, what's working, what's next. Plain English.
- Direct line to Tom. Same person building tattoo campaigns is building yours. No juniors, no PMs.
- Quarterly strategy review if you want one. Email, Zoom, phone, whatever works. Not a paid extra.
What happens after you apply
Two weeks of trial. No fee. Then decide.
- Week 1: Audit your ad account and store. Install or verify the Meta pixel and Conversions API. Connect your product catalogue feed. Brief the campaign.
- Week 2: Launch. We start with conversion campaigns to a focused audience, plus a catalogue campaign for dynamic product ads. First sales and add-to-carts land, and the pixel starts learning.
- Weeks 3 to 6: Retargeting takes over — product-viewers and cart-abandoners. ROAS stabilises as the data compounds.
- Month 2 onwards: Monthly reports, monthly creative refresh. We scale budget on what's profitable and cut what isn't, then test new audiences, new angles and seasonal pushes.
Conversion-led from day one because that's how ecommerce makes money. Catalogue and retargeting compound on top once the pixel has enough signal to spend efficiently.

Industry
Why tattoo marketing isn't like other marketing
Generalist ecommerce agencies don't know the tattoo buyer. That gap costs you sales.
Budget
How much should you spend on Meta ads?
Real-world ad budgets — what works at each spend level for tattoo-trade businesses.
Creative
Why polished shots fail as ads
UGC and product-in-use creative outperforms glossy promo work. Here's why.
Ecommerce questions
Common ecommerce questions.
Which platforms do you work with?
Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace — anything that takes a Meta pixel and can export a product feed. If shoppers can check out on your site, we can run ads to it.
What do you optimise for — sales or traffic?
Sales. Traffic and "engagement" campaigns look busy and sell nothing. We optimise to purchases and add-to-cart, tracked through the Meta pixel and Conversions API so the algorithm has real signal to work with.
Do you need access to my product catalogue?
Yes. We connect your store's product feed so we can run dynamic product ads — the ones that show people the exact items they viewed or left in their cart. It's where a lot of ecommerce profit hides, and it only works with the feed connected.
Do you make the creative?
We test and edit using your existing product shots, UGC and customer content. We don't run a photo studio. Your products and your customers do the selling — we package and test it. If you've got customer content sitting unused, that's usually gold for ads.
We're tattoo-adjacent, not strictly a tattoo brand. Are we a fit?
Probably. If you sell into the tattoo world — supplies, machines, inks, aftercare, piercing gear, jewellery, studio furniture — you're in our lane. If your customers aren't the tattoo industry, we're likely not your agency, and we'll tell you so.
What does it cost?
From $749 NZD/month for management, plus your ad spend (paid directly to Meta). The exact rate depends on your catalogue size and the spend you're working with — get in touch and we'll confirm it. The two-week trial waives the management fee either way; you only cover ad spend while we prove it out.

Honest check before you fill this in

- You sell into the tattoo industry — supplies, aftercare, piercing, machines, jewellery or tattoo-adjacent goods
- You can commit a real monthly ad budget. Ecommerce needs proper spend to find profitable scale, not a token test.
