  1. Week 1: Audit your ad account and store. Install or verify the Meta pixel and Conversions API. Connect your product catalogue feed. Brief the campaign.
  2. Week 2: Launch. We start with conversion campaigns to a focused audience, plus a catalogue campaign for dynamic product ads. First sales and add-to-carts land, and the pixel starts learning.
  3. Weeks 3 to 6: Retargeting takes over — product-viewers and cart-abandoners. ROAS stabilises as the data compounds.
  4. Month 2 onwards: Monthly reports, monthly creative refresh. We scale budget on what's profitable and cut what isn't, then test new audiences, new angles and seasonal pushes.

What do you optimise for — sales or traffic?

Sales. Traffic and "engagement" campaigns look busy and sell nothing. We optimise to purchases and add-to-cart, tracked through the Meta pixel and Conversions API so the algorithm has real signal to work with.

Do you need access to my product catalogue?

Yes. We connect your store's product feed so we can run dynamic product ads — the ones that show people the exact items they viewed or left in their cart. It's where a lot of ecommerce profit hides, and it only works with the feed connected.

Do you make the creative?

We test and edit using your existing product shots, UGC and customer content. We don't run a photo studio. Your products and your customers do the selling — we package and test it. If you've got customer content sitting unused, that's usually gold for ads.

We're tattoo-adjacent, not strictly a tattoo brand. Are we a fit?

What does it cost?

From $749 NZD/month for management, plus your ad spend (paid directly to Meta). The exact rate depends on your catalogue size and the spend you're working with — get in touch and we'll confirm it. The two-week trial waives the management fee either way; you only cover ad spend while we prove it out.
