After you apply

Here's what happens, in order.

First: Tom reads it and replies. Either "let's talk next steps" or "not the right fit, here's why." We only take a few trials a week and don't accept everyone. If you're accepted, your trial usually starts within two weeks.
Day 1 to 3: if we're a fit, you add us as a partner on your own ad account, we brief the campaign and pull creative from what you already post. You don't have to send us anything.
Day 3 to 14: trial launches. Spend stays low while the campaign learns. No management fee. Ad spend goes to Meta, not to us.
Day 14: first review. Continue, adjust, or walk away. Your call. Nothing is billed unless you say yes.

We don't lock anyone in. No contract. Cancel any month. If you leave part way through a paid month, we work out the remainder with you; there are no refunds for the unused part. The ad account, its data, the audience data and every new targeted follower stay yours.
